Diabetic Control
Diabetes is a disease that not only affects the individual with Diabetes, but indeed the entire family. When a child or adult is diagnosed
with Diabetes one can feel isolated, different and in need to control. With the use of our horses we teach CONTROL which instills CONFIDENCE and INDEPENDENCE.  There are a few moments in a person's life that completely transforms them. After a wakeup call from my doctor I was desperate to change the way I took care of my health. I was guided to Daniel who taught me how to control diabetes and my health through the wisdom of the horse. Making time to visit the ranch and learn a new way of life is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. My health is superior and my passion for life amplified! Jessa Turner, Tuscon, AZ  
Hello, my name is Daniel Grey, owner of Grey Wolf Ranch and I am an insulin dependent type "1" Diabetic.
I acquired the disease as a juvenile and have had it for 50 years.
I am happy to share with you that I am complication free.
I have realized that Diabetes type "1" or type "2" is truly about one word and that word is "Control".
The definition of "Control" in our society often has negative overtones yet without "Control" Diabetes as well as "life" will take advantage of us.
We at the Grey Wolf Ranch teach effective "Control" with the use of our horses.
This "Control" empowers those with Juvenile Diabetes type "1", adult Diabetes type "1" and "2",
as well as family members and loved ones.
